Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Florida Bar.0-2 years of foreclosure experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.Knowledge of civil procedure and rules of evidence.Strong time management skills. Certifications:Florida Bar license. Skills:Legal research and legal writing.Case management.Courtroom advocacy.Client communication.Attention to detail.Compliance with industry regulations.
