A company is looking for a Customer Advocate in a remote location in the United States. Key Responsibilities: Be the face and voice of the company for customers on the platform Provide Tier 1 customer support through phone, email, and chat Act as the voice of customers to help prioritize future enhancements to the platform Required Qualifications: General education, vocational training, or on-the-job training required 1+ years of work experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred A passion for customer advocacy and empathy An aptitude for learning new products, processes, and systems Organizational management in setting priorities
