Key Responsibilities: Banner Financial Aid Subject Matter Expert Provide systems training and support for Financial Aid systems Produce reports and analysis of Financial Aid data Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or 2 years of experience in postsecondary education financial aid Experience with Banner, SalesForce, OnBase, and US ED websites General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Federal Title IV aid programs preferred SQL experience and Advanced Excel Skills preferred
