As a new Health and Wellness Director at Iudita's Memory Care, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall health and well-being of our residents. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing personalized care plans, coordinating healthcare services, conducting regular assessments, and liaising with families and healthcare providers to ensure quality care delivery. Additionally, you will lead a team of dedicated caregivers, providing training, guidance, and support to maintain the highest standards of care.Your commitment to our core values and culture of excellence will be essential in creating a nurturing environment for our residents in Salem, OR. To excel in the role of Health and Wellness Director at Iudita's Memory Care in Salem, OR, candidates must possess a Licensed Practical Nurse license, current and valid in the State of employment. Registered Nurse preferred. Previous experience in nursing within a senior living community or related field is preferred. Basic computer literacy is essential for documenting care plans and communicating effectively. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is necessary to interact with residents, families, and staff. Compliance with state regulations by obtaining continuing education credits demonstrates a commitment to ongoing professional development.
