Metrics Quality Associate Will be performed on-site in Plano, TX Salary $17/hr. Schedule: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Mon -Fri Would you like to be a part of a team that plays a vital role in supporting our Automotive clients lease exchange program? Join our team today! About the Metrics QA role: The individual who fills this position will be responsible for running daily reports and completing evaluations of team members' work. The individual will work closely with the team leaders to ensure the team's quality is maintained at or above 95%. The QA associate will deliver coaching and address the shortcomings in a constructive manner. The team processes all aspects of car lease management and tracks the vehicles through the lease life cycle. The best candidate for this role will be someone who can multi-task through multiple windows and has experience working tight deadlines. Requirements: Good Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Outlook & Word Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles, including debit and credit functions Experience in bookkeeping or banking is preferred. Strong attention to detail Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities. Good time management Must be a good collaborator. High school diploma or GED Good communication skills Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $17/hr.
