System Freight is looking for a CDL A Local Yard Jockey in Mt Carmel, PA. System Freight, Inc. (SFI) offers experienced CDL-A Drivers a true career opportunity. This is a union role with PM shifts. In this role, the driver will mostly stay in the yard with occasional routes to the Bronx and Staten Island. Compensation Annual pay: $73,000-$75,000 Weekly Pay: $1,400-$1,450 Breakdown pay: $20.25/hour $4,000 sign on bonus Referral bonus available Paid via direct deposit weekly Benefits & Perks Low cost Medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, starting 1st of the month after 60 days Life Insurance starting after 90 day probationary period Sick days available, vary by location Personal days available, vary by location Vacation days available, vary by locations Paid Holidays (after 90-day probationary period) as long as the driver works the day before and the day after 401k – eligible after 6 months Profit sharing Clean DOT stop awards – AMEX gift cards Home time, Route & Schedule Home Daily Start and end your day in Mt Carmel, PA Monday-Friday PM Shifts Will stay in yard most of the time with occasional routes to Bronx, Staten Island Mostly no touch – limited driver assist unloads Equipment Modern clean fleet with late model equipment Automatic Transmission Outward facing dashcam Requirements Must have valid CDL A License 3 years of verifiable CDL driving experience Must be at least 24 years old Acceptable MVR and criminal history Must have steel toes boots and wear safety vest Must be located within 40 miles of Mt Carmel, PA System Freight, Inc. believes in diversity.
