Qualified Lead Technicians will apply technical skills and knowledge to Service HVAC equipment in residential settings and supervise and support other technicians as needed. As a member of our team, you receive: Pay rate annually from $55,000 - 100,000 + (based on experience) Year-round work No layoffs Team atmosphere Communication training Tools & iPad 2020 and newer vehicles Training with the top brands in the industry NATE, EPA and RMA certifications from our partnered training school. Stocked warehouse and stocked vans to help cut down time spent waiting at parts counters. AND receive great benefits, like: IRA with company matching Paid Time Off Paid holidays Health, vision and dental insurance Company paid life insurance Long and Short-term disability Ability to earn cash and prizes in weekly trainings Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 50 pounds and sometimes up to 100 pounds Must be able to work outdoors/indoors in both hot and cold weather conditions Must be able to climb ladders, walk on roofs and access attics. Must be able to assist and communicate in a positive manner with other technicians Experience: Customer service: 3-4 years Service technician experience: 3-4 years HVAC: 3-4 years Supervisory experience 1 year (preferred) Total Home Services of Utah is an EEOC employer.Applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment drug screens and background checks.
