Looking for someone with residential and light commercial plumbing experience who shares our values of providing excellent customer service. What A&L has to offer: Take-home vehicle & gas card Dispatched from home Spiff and bonus program Company paid training for certifications & dealer training Benefits: 80 hours of paid vacation 100% paid medical Vision & dental insurance options Paid Holidays Simple IRA with 3% match Short-term & Long-term disability Company take-home vehicle + gas card Company uniform / phone or reimbursement / iPad Performance bonuses Job Title: Service Plumber Work Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime Pay: $28.00 + per hour, depending on experience + 4% commission on sold jobs What you will be doing: Maintenance, service, and repair of residential and light commercial plumbing Water heater installation Plumbing services ranging from simple faucet repairs, drain cleaning, to water heater installations and plumbing system replacements. Routine maintenance, service, repair work and new installations. Qualifications / Skills: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record 3 + years of residential service & install plumbing experience Experienced in installation and repairs Experience soldering, pipe threading, drain cleaning, fixture installation, and repairs Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient of reading blueprints Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes Willing to work in all types of weather Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Considerable knowledge of standard tools, methods, and materials of the plumbing trade Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work Ability to work independently and as a team High school diploma or equivalent Pass background check and drug screen Check us out online: www.therightaccompany.com plumber, installer, hvac, journeyman, journeyman plumber, residential service, residential, commercial, install, installation
