The ideal candidate will join a dynamic team to handle a diverse caseload, requiring proficiency in various legal tasks and excellent communication skills.Job Overview:Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Collaborate with partners and team members to develop case strategies and trial preparation, managing discovery processes, document review, production, and deposition preparation.Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce deliverables efficiently, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence promptly.Provide timely, accurate, high-quality work products, meeting deadlines and expectations.Foster positive work relationships, comply with firm policies, and engage in physical and sedentary activities as needed.Perform all assigned duties, tasks, or projects diligently.Duties:Conduct legal research and draft various legal documents.Collaborate with team members on case strategies and trial preparation.Manage discovery processes, document review, production, and deposition preparation.Communicate with clients, lawyers, and third parties verbally and in writing.Produce deliverables efficiently and respond to correspondence promptly.Foster positive work relationships and comply with firm policies.Engage in physical and sedentary activities as required.Perform all assigned duties diligently.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the New Jersey State Bar with 4-5 years of litigation experience.Strong background in commercial litigation and product liability matters.Excellent research skills and superior writing abilities with attention to detail.Previous state court or federal clerkship experience preferred.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with clients and colleagues.Education Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the New Jersey State Bar with 4-5 years of litigation experience.Skills:Strong background in commercial litigation and product liability matters.Excellent research skills and superior writing abilities.Previous state court or federal clerkship experience preferred.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Strong interpersonal skills and practical communication abilities.
