Job Description Private Wealth Management Para-planner We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented para-planner to join a growing private wealth management team. The para-planner will work closely with financial advisors to prepare financial plans, develop investment proposals, and ensure adherence to compliance procedures. Responsibilities: Prepare financial plans, investment proposals, asset allocation analyses, and other documents to support financial advisors Maintain client data and update client files and account paperwork Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, opening new accounts, and managing paperwork Assist with compiling profiles of prospective clients Ensure all activities and recommendations comply with industry regulations and firm policies Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred 1+ years experience in financial services or wealth management preferred Proficiency with financial planning and CRM software Strong organizational, time management and follow up skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Series 7 and 66 licenses a plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package along with opportunities for career advancement.
