LICENSURE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION N/A KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated at all levels in understanding our customer needs and requests. Verbal and written office skills (as attached). Telephone, compose letters, memos, filing, interviewing, counseling, office machines, computer, adding machine, copier, calculator, FAX.
