Central City Community Health Center, Inc. - Full Time Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM- lunch 12-1pm Employed Languages Required: Spanish Average Patients seen: 20 - 24 Call Schedule: 1:8 - Light Loan Repayment Benefits: - Health/Dental/Vision - Life Insurance - Paid Vacation/Sick Leave 9 days/15 Paid Holidays - 403b with employer matching if eligible - 1 Week for CME with $1,000 Annual Allowance - Licensing Renewal Fee Reimbursement Including DEA and Professional Dues Additional Info: - Will rotate to Baldwin Park, El Monte, and La Puente Health Centers - This physician will supervise mid-levels - EMR: eClinicalWorks
