We are actively looking for candidates that can support our mission of providing exceptional customer service to a critical national industry.Responsibilities of a Truck Sales Representative entail:Assist customers in selecting/ordering trucks by asking questions and listening carefully to their responsesUse all reasonable methods of prospecting for new and used truck customers on a daily basis, either by telephone or by making calls to individuals and businesses outside the dealershipProvide follow-up and ongoing service to existing customersOffer service to all walk-in and call-in customers on assigned floor daysDemonstrate new and used trucks to customer which may include test drivesWrite complete and accurate sales orders, secure deposits, and process paperwork in accordance with established dealership policiesDeliver new and used trucks, explaining all warranties and dealership after-sale servicesStudy truck and equipment specifications on a continual basis to improve knowledge of product performance and applicationAppraise used trucks when necessary and complete Used Truck Inspection Report in accordance with company policyThe requirements to be a Truck Sales Representative for CIT Trucks, LLC include:Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferredHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMust have a valid drivers licenseAbility to obtain a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) and DOT medical cardAbility to learn equipment specifications and engineer products/components to customer needsUnderstanding of basic mathematics and business financeAgricultural or mechanical backgrounds have been proven beneficialCIT Trucks, LLC. provides a comprehensive wage and benefits package that includes:Paid holidays and PTOChoice between 3 wide-ranging medical plans with prescription coverageOption to participate in HSA or FSA savings accountsAccess to dental and vision insuranceShort- and long-term disability coverageCompany paid life insurance, as well as additional voluntary life insurance for self and family401(k) retirement planning that has a dollar-for-dollar employer match up to 4%by Jobble
