Chapman Technical Group, a division of GRW Engineers has a career opportunity available for a Front Desk Receptionist in our St. Albans, WV office. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Previous multi-phone line answering capabilities General administrative and clerical support experience Excellent verbal & written communication skills Expense Reports Data Entry The individual must be well organized and highly motivated Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to effectively write business correspondence, and present information and respond to questions from managers and clients High level of organizational skills, time management, multitasking skills, and attention to detail Microsoft Office experience Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Position is very diverse at times and may require long periods of sitting or standing Desire, motivation, and ability to exceed the firm's and clients' expectations Dedication and willingness to continue professional growth When you join Chapman Technical Group/GRW you'll be working for an award-winning, full-service design consulting firm with a history of 60 years serving our regional, national, and occasionally international clients.
