We bring the world together with our fries.Job Description SummaryPosition engages with team members along with leadership in the operations and maintenance of systems and processes related to the facilities process water and land applications treatment systems. Position engages with the planning and carries out the operational and maintenance activities intended to ensure company remains in compliance with the company and regulatory expectations related to the treatment of the facilities process water generation. As required the position will engage with team members and leadership in problem solving when unplanned activities or events occur to ensure company and regulatory expectations are in place. As these systems operate over extended days and hours the position is expected to be available to engage with team members and leadership in a working environment outside normal business hours.Job Description * Engage with the process water team (disposal and farm) to perform planned comprehensive task to support effective operations of the facilities process water and land application treatment systems. * Engage with process the water team when unplanned events occur to engage with corrective planning and adjust operations accordingly to return to a planned state for ongoing plant operations. * Complete equipment and system record keeping. Support the development of standard and nonstandard reports and documentation. * Operate and ensure that standard work practices are being followed for equipment and systems. * Engage in scheduling and collaborating with maintenance resources in executing planned maintenance, capital and vendor activities. * As needed working with company systems to place orders for parts and outside services which support the ongoing operations. * Utilizing the land application sites irrigation system, collaborate with farming activities to create watering schedules during the growing season which optimizes the application of accumulated process water and crop quality and yields. * Collect and prepare water, soil, and crop tissue samples. * Ensure site security procedures are being followed. * Identify opportunities for long term improvement and reliability engineering to ensure maximum Technical Overall Equipment Effectiveness (TOEE) * Able to maintain organized workspaces, tools, support 5S, center lining and documentation. * Engage in continuous improvement mindsets in all aspects of operations and maintenance of process water treatment systems. * Engage in problems solving by utilizing data and problem-solving methods which allow for reductions in operational and equipment losses. Basic & Preferred Qualifications * Good communication skills in both verbal and written forms. * Ability to recognize and mitigate risk to achieve safe outcomes for existing and new job tasks. * Requires minimal supervision. * Ability to engage multiple individuals within functional group. * Ability to maintain an organized work environment * Ability to perform planning of tasks, coordinate resources and establish executable schedules on multi-daily/ basis * Ability to navigate Company computer systems such as SAP. * Ability to coordinate work with internal and external labor resources. * Ability to engage and participate in all daily meetings as the role requires. * Ability to get certified in confined space to the level of rescue team. * Ability to stay self-motivated manage workload to meet deadlines. * Ability to coordinate work across a functional group. * Ability to temporarily fill positions within skill set and functional group.LAMB WESTON COMPANY VEHICLE * Ability to meet LW requirements to operate a company vehicle. * Cooperation, attendance, dependability, and initiative shall be considered in the overall evaluation of the individual, but no one item shall be used to deny qualification unless the item in question is consistently unsatisfactory. * Cooperation is a willingness to assist and cooperate with all departments and all personnel when called upon. It includes always being open to assist anyone who needs help. * Dependability is to consistently execute work plans to achieve desirable outcomes. * Initiative shall be defined as one who is a self-starter and does not require constant supervision to practice good work habitsSKILLS DEMONSTRATION * Skills demonstration will assess candidate's ability to having the ability to align standard operating and maintenance procedures to regulatory permits and standards is of the utmost importance. * The ability to read and comprehend the systems operational, repair and maintenance standard operating procedures is essential in a successful candidate. * Skills in the use of Microsoft Office and be able to learn the use of SAP is a plus.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE * High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred. * Experience with water treatment systems in a municipal or industrial setting is preferred.LANGUAGE SKILLS * Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety documents and processes, operating and maintenance instructions or work orders, technical and procedural manuals. * Ability to write routine reports and correspondences. Ability to communicate effectively with peers and Team Leaders alike.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS * Must be proficient in basic mathematical calculations addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractionsPHYSICAL DEMANDS * The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.WORK ENVIRONMENT * While performing the duties of this job, the team member frequently works near moving mechanical parts and in outside weather conditions and is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. * The team member occasionally works in elevated, precarious places and is occasionally exposed to dust, fumes, or airborne particles, hazardous or caustic chemicals, extreme cold, extreme heat, risk of electrical shock, and vibration. The noise level in certain areas around equipment is usually loud.
