Evening Shifts: 3/4/5pm - 11:30pm/12:30am Morning Shifts: 9am - 5/6pm Mid Shifts: 10/11am - 7/8pm Available Benefits: Flexible Schedule Health, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance benefits available for employees working over 32 hrs./ week 401K with Company Match Tip-Outs on top of base pay Opportunities to advance within Employee Discount Referral Program We're looking for someone who: Is friendly and genuinely cares about the happiness of others Takes accountability for their actions and takes pride in their work Is a good teammate who provides' and values' honest feedback Has a passion for making great guest experiences Tactful, courteous, and respectful when interacting with others Consistently gives sincere and total effort and demonstrates initiative Safety conscious, and willing to stop unsafe acts Thrives on helping others succeed and teams to excel Willing to adopt the Marco's Cultural Beliefs Job Requirements Include: At least 18 years of age Able to work weekends Available to work past 11:30PM on weekdays and 12:30AM on weekends Ability to work opening or closing shifts Tactfully communicate with supervisors, teammates, and guests, both verbally and in writing Accurately and efficiently count money Reliable transportation to perform bank runs Able to stand for long periods of time on any given day Reliable, prompt, and punctual Serve Safe Certification or willing to get Serve Safe certified Restaurant experience preferred Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Primary responsibilities of the Shift Manager position include: Supervise store crew and all workstations in day-to-day operations. Excel in preforming all crew member tasks including: makeline, cut table, monitoring the ovens, packaging of products, quality check and order accuracy, and guest relations. Manage guest experience to meet Five-Star gold expectations. Maintain cleanliness of the store and ensures food safety. Count inventory daily. Complete all opening and/or closing duties per shift. Recognize problems and works promptly to resolve. Work with Drivers and Manager to ensure efficient routing of deliveries. Pay Range Includes Estimated Tips
