Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer problems. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and filing. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the customer experience. Uphold a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the company in a positive light. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. Customer-focused with a genuine desire to help others. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office suite). Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
