What we’re looking for You’re not just looking for a few shifts to just make rent while you figure out your life.You actually want to be part of something bigger and be valued as a community leader and great coach. You want to be the reason why our members achieve greatness in their life.You’re not just someone who says they're ‘passionate’ about health and fitness because it’s great for the ‘gram’. You’re all about it, heck, it probably got you out of a rut at some stage in your life.You live it, believe it.You’re not someone who is easily confined to your comfort zone. Minimum requirement is Certified Personal Training certification. About the Role Part time trainer role with the potential of full time employment Coach 10-15 excellent group HIIT classes weekly Facilitate member success trainer planning sessions Participate in and contribute to monthly / weekly team meetings and workshops Proactively hold members accountable to their fitness goals Perform meaningful membership consultations Maintain a member portfolio and contribute towards target KPIs Our 5 Core Values Drive Intentional Growth: Motivate and inspire deliberate self-improvement in all aspects of life.
