Documentation Coordinator and Drafter

Our client has an immediate opening for a Documentation Coordinator to join their team. - This role will check AutoCAD drawings of plant -layouts and equipment to ensure accuracy. - -This role will also do some work on the floor as it pertains to verifying layouts and set up equipment as it pertains to the CAD drawings. - -This is a contract to hire opening! The role is located on-site with the ability for flexibility for life situations that come up. Job Title: - Documentation Coordinator / Drafter Location: - Maple Grove, MN Pay Rate: 27-35hr Key Responsibilities Create new and maintain existing 2D and 3D CAD drawings and model databases Draft engineering drawings using AutoCAD 2D/3D and SolidWorks 3D Generate and maintain process descriptions, process flow diagrams and general arrangement/layout drawings Maintain Engineering records, documentation and spreadsheets as required Requirements - Associate degree in Drafting/Design (Mechanical Drafting preferred) Minimum one year of mechanical drafting experience -SolidWorks and AutoCAD experience required Knowledge and experience with PID and MEP drawing strongly preferred Basic knowledge of Manufacturing processes preferred Benefits - Medical, Dental, & Vision with HSA and FSA plans 48hours of accrued sick time Retirement plans including a 401K match Supplemental Life Insurance & Disability Plans ESOP If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
