Dates of Coverage: 5/20/24-5/26/24, 6/18/24-6/23/24, 7/01/24-7/14/24, 9/02/24-9/08/24, 9/23/24-9/29/24, 10/07/24-10/27/24, 11/11/24-12/01/24, 12/09/24-12/31/24 Long term - for 7 on 7 off. Need schedule for entire 2024 commitment Day coverage 7am-7pm 4 Providers Requested TEE Evening TEE Night TEE Call Hospital Rounding Supervise Nucs No Echo, Nuc, or EKG reads (Muse) needed No APP supervision needed No APP support will be provided Approx 15-19 daily and age range is primarily older patients.
