We are looking for an Education Health Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing support to children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities SEND in educational settings. Main Responsibilities As an Education Health Care Officer, you will be responsible for: To lead the statutory annual review process of Education, Health & Case Plans and attend person centred review meetings at key transition points.
