A non-profit community hospital in northern Massachusetts is adding a General Surgeon. For nearly 150 years, we have been providing patient-centered, compassionate, and quality health care for the whole family. About the opportunity: Team of 3 other general surgeons and a breast surgeon Schedule consists of 1.5-2 days of clinic and 1.5 days per week OR time with 4 hours per week of admin time (can be remote) Acute Care and Trauma Surgery (Level 3) call rotation with other surgeons in practice Typical census is 20 patients per clinic day per Surgeon Call is 1:5 About the facility: 189-bed non-profit hospital with clinical affiliations with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center Level 3 Trauma Center 70,000 annual visits Compensation and benefits: Strong base salary plus quality and productivity bonuses CME Reimbursement CME 1 week 4 Weeks Vacation Location/Community: Located 30 miles north of Boston.
