Legal Assistant: Tulsa, OK - $50-$65K+ DOE Elite Sourcing has been retained to find a legal assistant with a minimum of 3 years of defense litigation experience needed for fast paced, mid-size law firm. Ability to prioritize projects and multi-task while remaining calm and efficient is critical. Ability to be focused, work both independently and in a team setting, and produce accurate work product is highly important. Requirements: Excellent proofreading and transcript skills Minimum typing speed of 65 WPM Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Experience with CaseMap, TextMap, LexisNexis, and other document management software programs is a plus Responsibilities include preparation of correspondence and pleadings, maintaining electronic files database, calendaring/docketing case related deadlines, processing mail, and submitting federal and state court filings. Looking for someone who is a self-starter, is willing to help others, and has the ability to work in a confidential environment.
