Job DescriptionThe mission of the OFR is to support the Financial Stability Oversight Council (FSOC) in promoting financial stability by: collecting data on behalf of FSOC; providing such data to FSOC and member agencies; standardizing the types and formats of data reported and collected; performing applied research and essential long-term research; developing tools for risk measurement and monitoring; performing other related services; making the results of the activities of the OFR available to financial regulatory agencies; and assisting such member agencies in determining the types of formats of data authorized to be collected by such member agencies. The Senior Atlassian Developer will work closely with customers to understand requirements, and administer, design, and implement technical solutions within the Atlassian Data Center stack on Linux. Responsible for supporting test, development, and production environments of the Atlassian suite and performing routine and unexpected upgrades. This includes the build, development, maintenance, and automation of workflows in JIRA, and the development of plugins to extend JIRA capabilities. Responsible for developing dashboards for JIRA Connect add-ons, configures custom fields, supports JIRA configurations, creates custom preset filters, test outcomes, and identifies defects. Responsible for establishing and maintaining API connections. Key Tasks and Responsibilities * Develop/support solutions that extend the Atlassian platform, such as custom permissions-based Confluence pages, Jira projects, third party Atlassian plugins, custom reporting, and user interfaces. * Find creative solutions to solve customer problems and implement them in web form applications. * Engage with clients to fully understand complex requirements to implement project setups and workflows. * Work closely with the clients to gain trust, propose creative solutions, and get buy-in for design and implementation. * Troubleshoot problems with users such as permission/security restrictions, notifications, workflows, etc. * Connect with industry and channel resources to collaborate and bring innovative approaches to client work. * Develop metrics, dashboards, and advanced filters to provide end-users and business leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports. * Plan, test, and implement upgrades and migrations for Atlassian tool suite. * Create reporting using Atlassian add-ons, security schemes, extensions, and configurations. * Identify areas for process automation and designing/implementing solutions to improve efficiency and operations. * Provide end user product based training.Education & Experience * 3-5 years hands-on experience with Atlassian administration and Jira development (certification preferred but not required) * Knowledge of Agile and continuous integration practices * Experience integrating with other tools outside of the Atlassian suite (ServiceNow, SharePoint Online, etc.) * Experience with large-scale Atlassian implementations and/or Atlassian Data Center Deployments * Familiar with Amazon Web Services (AWS) * Customer Service mindset and passion for helping users solve problems * Experience administering an Atlassian stack on Linux/Unix OS * Collaborative mindset that thrives in fast paced environments * Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to author and present materials ranging from detailed technical specifications to high-level concepts for senior audiencesCertifications * Certifications o Preference given for Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP), Atlassian Certified Associate (ACA), Confluence Admin, and Jira Administration for Data Center.Security Clearance * Public Trust * Must be US CitizenOther (Travel, Work Environment, DoD 8570 Requirements, Administrative Notes, etc.)ยท This is a remote/work from home role
