If you are new to hospitality, Front Desk Agent is a great starting point with huge potential for upward mobility. Job Specifications: :Outlet: Bachelor Gulch Property Management :Housing: May Be Available :Expected Pay Range: 20.00 : 22.76 / hour :Shift and Schedule Availability:Full Time :Skill Level: Entry to Intermediate Job Responsibilities: :Open front desk and lobby each morning, review arrivals and departures, update housekeeping report :Check guests in and out, conduct pre:arrival communication, and touch base with guests after arrival :Conduct daily inspections of managed condominium units, logging inspections dates and reporting issues found :Provide assistance to homeowners and guests in person and on phone :Newspaper and package delivery :Assist with projects :Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: :Must be able to communicate fluently in English :Friendly, strong people skills :Somewhat strong computer skills :College degree preferred :Previous hospitality experience preferred :Valid US driver's license :Professional appearance and excellent written and verbal skills :Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills The expected pay range is20.00 : 22.76.
