Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role as an Assistant Manager at Novaking Inc in Ormond Beach, FL. The Assistant Manager will assist the Store Manager with the daily operations of the store, problem resolution, and employee training, and will ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained. This role will require open availability! The Assistant Manager will work closely with upper management to drive productivity and maintain operational standards. They will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, leading a team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing inventory.
