The Position Support and improve all facility maintenance efforts including preventive/predictive maintenance efforts, repairs, troubleshooting and new equipment installation. Execute and improve preventative and predictive maintenance for facilities and utility equipment. Support and participate in plant shutdown activities for facilities and utility equipment and participate in systematic problem solving. Relationships Manager. Essential Functions stylemargin:bottom:11.0px::Support Root Cause Analysis using Systematic Problem Solving (SPS) tools such as 3C/A3:Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on systems and equipment:Operate, monitor and control equipment, systems and processes as assigned:Review SOPs and PMs documentation and others as required:Support and implementation of System/Equipment reliability improvement projects:Support training of other Facilities Maintenance Technicians in areas of expertise and aggressively learn systems and equipment outside of own expertise:Follow all safety and environmental requirements in the performance of duties:Participate in plant Shutdown planning and execution:Assure that all Maintenance activities are documented in SAP and communicated in the shift turnover reports:Actively use the Daily Standard Work Tool to account for the day:to:day activities:Other accountabilities, as assigned Physical Requirements Moves equipment and /or supplies weighing up to 33 pounds within the facility using various body positions. Routinely operates and inspects manufacturing equipment using hands. Ability to be on feet for up to a 12:hour shift. May require corrected vision to 20/25 based on role. May require color vision based on role. Occasionally ascends/descends a ladder. May be required to work at elevated heights. Occasionally works around odorous and /or hazardous materials. May be required to wear latex gloves. Occasionally performs critical job functions in extremely cold work environments. Occasionally positions oneself within confined spaces for inspection, repair and maintenance of equipment. Ability to work in loud noise environments with hearing protection. Occasionally works in outdoor weather conditions. Able to pass a driving exam for powered industrial trucks. Does not require a valid drivers license. Qualifications stylemargin:bottom:11.0px::As
