Assistant Director of Sales and Brand Growth JOB DESCRIPTION Reports to: Director of Sales and Brand Growth Accountable To: This position will have elements that apply to various areas, requiring direct accountability to: CPO for People Department elements (HR, Training/Development, Engagement) Positional Oversight Of: Sales and Brand Growth Coordinators Essential Functions: The Assistant Director of Sales and Brand Growth is a dynamic and results-driven individual that helps lead the Sales and Brand Growth department with enthusiasm and excitement. As an integral part of the Sales and Brand Growth team, this role is responsible for supporting brand growth strategies that will increase revenue and expand our market presence. This role possesses a high-energy, outgoing personality, a passion for sales, and a strong business acumen. This role requires coordination with the Operations Department. Qualifications: Experience in Catering, Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Proven track record of success in any of the above industries, with at least 1 year of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and industry contacts. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to comfortably engage with others. High-energy, outgoing personality that enthusiastically welcomes new experiences. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite. Experience in Asana or CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. High level of ownership and accountability, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to work. Solutions-oriented: Possesses a positive attitude, a learning mentality, and is teachable. Collaborative, tenacious, and enthusiastic in pursuit of product/service excellence. High capacity for efficient time-management, multi-tasking, and follow-through. High capacity for and comfort with interpersonal communication and people connection. High capacity for self-awareness, self-control, humility, and servant-hearted behavior. Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and lead in changing situations. Ability to stay calm in a busy, dynamic environment. Growth and development mindset, prioritizing personal development and take initiative in the development of the team. Desire to engage and contribute on a high-performance leadership team. An encourager who is able to see the best in others. Comfortable having coaching or constructive conflict conversations. Comfortable holding others accountable. Ability to work a varied schedule with at least one early shift, one mid shift, and on evening shift per week. Ability to stand and/or be mobile for long periods of time in and out of the operation. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Champions and demonstrates a customer-first mentality. Champions REMARKABLE Guest Experience. Support ideas and develop strategies to achieve sales and brand growth objectives. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers. Support marketing initiatives to capitalize on market insights Support the development and maintenance of a sales lead pipeline, support pursuit of new business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize revenue potential. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of department initiatives and to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Represent the company at internal or community events, or with community partners to promote brand awareness and generate leads. Manage a team of direct reports to achieve departmental goals
