:United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) is Americas #1 mortgage lender and were looking to fill an immediate need for Mortgage Operations Specialists.MUST KNOWThis is an 8-hour shift, Monday FridayRequires 100% full-time, on-site attendance in Pontiac, MI$500 sign-on bonus*WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Entering dataSplitting and labeling loan packagesOrdering verifications of incomeVerifying Social Security NumbersIndexing of loan conditionsOrdering and uploading documentsLoan verificationSubmitting summary report reviewsReviewing state and federal complianceHandling inbound and outbound callsWHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:High school diploma or equivalentNo Mortgage experience necessaryComfortable with technology (experience using dual monitors)Process orientedComfortable talking with clients over the phoneAbility to multitask and adapt to changePositive attitude and willingness to learnStrong attention to detailExperience in a professional or office setting#ZRTHE PLACE & THE PERKS:United Wholesale Mortgage is firmly committed to excellence and empowers individuals to become the best version of themselves.
