Description:

Position : Pediatrician (Locum Tenens) Location : Various Locations, California Duration : Minimum 3 consecutive months (full-time) Assignment Requirements : Licensure : Active and current medical license, DEA, and Furnishing License. Board Status : Board Eligible/Certified. Recent graduates must become Board Certified within 3 years. Experience : At least 1 year of recent experience, proficient with EMR systems. Patient Care : Ability to see all patient types without restrictions and manage medication refills/prescriptions. Productivity : Expected to see 23 pediatric patients per 8-hour day. Locum Expectations : Documentation : Complete chart documentation and billing submission within 24-48 hours. Communication : Respond to refill requests within 48 hours. Inbox Management : Maintain fewer than 20 items in the basket over 5 days old. Form Completion : Finish patient forms within 5 days. Care Gaps : Address care gaps, such as immunizations, for each patient. Chart Reviews : Send chart reviews to RMD as per discussion. Compensation & Benefits : Competitive Salary : Excellent compensation package. Travel & Lodging : Provided for the duration of the assignment. Malpractice Insurance : Fully covered.
