Helpdesk Technician Dartford based £20,000 - £23,000 DOE Training provided You will be joining an existing and established helpdesk support team, providing 1st line support to approximately 800 staff at all levels, along with customers who use the business-to-business web sites. Responsibilities: Answering and resolving support calls via telephone or email Recording incidents on the helpdesk ticketing system Building & Configuring PCs & Laptops Ensuring that incidents are prioritised and resolved in a timely manner Experience Required: Professional telephone manner Proficiency in English, both oral & written Ability to record spoken information accurately Ideally previous experience in a helpdesk / service desk settling This is a full time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 position within a large, multinational company with a reputation for career stability and growth.
