This bespoke private hospital offers a range of procedures including hernia, gallbladder, gastroscopy, and general surgery– ensuring an engaging caseload with lots of opportunities for skill development in new specialisms You will be joining a well-established team with brilliant personal support available. The company offer opportunities for training and progression – often leading to promotions You will aid in the smooth running of the theatre and make sure every patient’s care plan is well formulated + attended to. You will use your multidisciplinary theatre skills to work seamlessly across the disciplines and deliver the best quality of care. About you: The ideal candidate must have a NMC / HCPC pin and have previous clinical theatre experience. You should have at least 1 year theatre experience. They must have their ALS qualification. Orthopaedic theatre experience is desired. You should have strong communication skills as you will be working with a variety of healthcare professionals. A key skill for this role is to be able to work flexibly in your role – whether in a team or independently.
