Your Opportunity The Product Analyst, reporting to the Senior Director, Product, Marketing and Fintech, is responsible for supporting product development activities that align to the product strategy. You will help grow Celero's product and service offerings and assist with the completion of product development activities to help analyze, backss and shape new product opportunities. This position will also assist product managers with operational activities to run existing product lines more effectively. A Day in the Life Assist Product Management team in the day-to-day activities of managing a set of products Participate in customer needs interviews to ensure alignment with market and user requirements Analyze available data to assist the product management team to make data-driven business decisions Develop business case modelling to assist Product Manager Work with internal and external stakeholders to generate requirements documentation Assist with operational reporting and invoice maintenance Develop expertise in Celero's products and be able to answer internal and external questions Identify and document user and process requirements and related solutions through a complete product cycle Create and/or coordinate workshops/focus groups to identify and support new product development Provide innovative ideas for the development of product marketing collateral including demonstration materials Support product demos and assists with delivery Administer and manage Legal Contracts/Schedules for products and supporting 3rd Party Vendors Triage product team's Service Desk support Own Customer Idea portal administration Co-ordinate Release Notes Management for Product Releases Product teams' liaison for training team Provide support for Release Management certification Your Resume 1 year experience supporting product management activities with post-secondary education in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field Understanding of the financial services.
