You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers This is the largest independent hospital in Kent. A state-of-the-art imaging, diagnostic and operating environments and innovative technology support a wide range of specialist services enabling us to provide prompt, safe quality care for our patients To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin As an Inpatients Nurse your key responsibilities include: Demonstrating outstanding clinical practice at all times Working within a multi-disciplinary team led by a supportive senior nursing team Plan, implement and deliver a holistic patient centred care to a group of patients Maintaining accurate patient records utilising the most up to date evidenced based care and guidelines Working to develop a strong, effective team by developing the vision and strategy of “health care at its best” The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: To be patient focussed, with a desire and proven ability to deliver healthcare at its best Have knowledge of clinical governance and its application along with evidence of continuous professional development Confident in building relationships with the ability to easily engage with others including consultants, colleagues and patients The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £29,000 - £30,000 per annum.
