RNLD Nurse We are looking for a Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality nursing care to our patients with learning disabilities. The RNLD will ensure that the best possible care is provided, taking into account the physical, psychological and social needs of the patient. They will provide direct patient care and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure that all patients receive appropriate treatment and support. Responsibilities: backssing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care plans for patients with learning disabilities Carrying out clinical backssments and developing individualised nursing plans in line with best practice standards Administering medication safely according to current guidelines Ensuring that all records are kept up-to-date in accordance with professional standards.
