Band 6 Rapid Response Community Nurse New opportunity for a Community Registered General Nurse to work within the Community Team, Based in Luton The team sits within the Community Team with the role predominately supporting the provision of Community Nursing care within the Rapid Response and provide scheduled and unscheduled care to the house bound population of Luton. Band 6 Rapid Response Community Nurse New opportunity for a Community Registered General Nurse to work within the Community Team, Based in Luton The team sits within the Community Team with the role predominately supporting the provision of Community Nursing care within the Rapid Response and provide scheduled and unscheduled care to the house bound population of Luton. You will assist in the backssment, planning and implementation of holistic care provision and work with the MDT to prevent avoidable hospital admissions. As part of this role you will be required to use the following clinical skills: Catheterisation male/female, Wound care, Sub cut/IM injections, End of life care including stat doses and syringe drivers, IV administration and cannulating, History taking/top to toe backssment and Care of acutely unwell patients. You will also ensure at all times patients are treated with care and compassion and support the senior nurse in organisation and coordination of the overall care to meet clients’ care needs, which may be complex involving other professionals and agencies in an integrated and co-ordinated way. This role is to commence ASAP and will be full time working 37.5 hours per week with the shift patterns being Monday to Friday with hours being between 07:00 to 21:00The pay rate for this role is: £25 Per Hour plus Mileage The Benefits of working with Service Care Solutions: We offer a £250 sign up bonus for any new nurses that register with our agency.
