Coverage Dates: 8/15 7am 8/23 7am 8/23 7am-8/31 7am 8/31 7am 9/16 7am 9/21 7am 9/30 7am 9/30 7am 10/6 7am 10/25 7am- 11/1 7am 11/1 7am 11/11 7am 11/11 7am 11/19 7am 12/21 7am 12/24 7am Providers needed: 3 Full-time need Looking to split 15/15 with 2 locums to cover the facility full time 24-hour call, half day office 3-5 days during the 15 day rotation Can do general elective surgical cases if candidate wishes to do so Schedule: Clinic hours plus on call Admissions Required Patients Per Shift: 3 Beds in Facility: 4 Board Certified Required Active MI License Required Fellowship preferred Call Ratio: 1/3 BLS, PALS, ACLS Required EMR: Athena 24 hour call for 10 days straight 1pm-5pm whatever two days they prefer, to see OB patients to be familiar with the patients they might deliver Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
