UP TO $20,000 SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE NO CONTRACT Incentives: New Grad $10,000 Sign On Bonus 1-2 years' RN experience Sign On Bonus $13,000 3-4 years' RN experience Sign On Bonus $15,000 5+ years' RN experience Sign On Bonus $20,000 Education Assistance: Up to $20,000 Loan Forgiveness for new grad nurses Tuition Reimbursement up t0 $2,000 per year Weekend Differential Shift Differential for qualifying hours between 3pm-7am Weekend Option Days: WEO rates + weekend differential Weekend Option Nights: WEO rates + weekend differential + straight night shift differential New Increased Weekend Option Differential: $10.00 RN Day-One comprehensive medical, dental & vision insurance Employer-Matched Retirement Funds Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements. Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire. Physical requirements/demands: Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties Unit Information: 7A We offer a vast array of experiences and opportunities surrounding the care of hematology and oncology patients. We treat patients in all steps of their journey. This includes workup and initial diagnosis, middle of their treatment process, and end of life care as well. We administer chemotherapy almost daily and becoming certified is a requirement. Our patients also receive radiation, surgical interventions, and transfusions. They require med-surg skills such as wound care, drain care, tube feeding, and pain management. Our unit includes remote telemetry monitoring for up to 13 rooms. We provide end of life care including pain and secretion management. We work closely with the Hospice team to meet the needs of our patients as well as their loved ones.
