We need an experienced Director of Nursing to join our team at Carespring Health Care Management in Loveland, OH . $100,000 to $130,000 Per Year To qualify for this position, you MUST have Nursing Experience in a Nursing Home Setting .You will report to the facility Administrator and will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the overall operation of the Nursing Department .Duties will include providing leadership to nursing staff, directing programs and services in alignment with organizational goals, participating in fiscal operations , establishing quality goals and developing a comprehensive plan of care .
