We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join our team. It is a full-time position (30 hours/week), $36/hour, paid on a semi-monthly basis with 10 days of paid vacation. Job duties: - Create diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to help clients and business partners in better understanding the services and processes of Van People. - Meet with Web/App Development Engineers, and Product Manager to learn about specific functions or processes. - Gather feedback from business partners, internal technical team and Sales team to improve technical documents. - Able to take existing and potential content and improve it. - Convert complex documentation to easy language for multiple audiences. - Write and edit technical documents including user’s manuals and merchants’ manuals; - Plan writing processes and set timelines and deadlines. Job requirements: - University Degree in computer science, engineering science or related field; - Minimum 2 years work experience; - Excellent team working skills; - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; - Language of work: Ability to communicate in English is required.
