The Role: As a Staff Nurse, you will manage care delivery, backssment, and evaluation, ensuring high-quality services in line with organisational standards. Complete Enhanced Access NI checks. Duties: Provide comprehensive resident backssments and care planning. Execute care interventions and monitor effectiveness. Assume managerial duties in the absence of Nurse Manager or Senior Nurse. Requirements: Previously worked as a Staff Nurse or in a similar role. Valid nursing qualification Flexibility to work both day and night shifts. Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
