Job Description: Registered General Nurse (RGN) at Parkdean Nursing Home: We are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Parkdean Nursing Home. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. Responsibilities: backssing, planning, delivering and evaluating nursing care for residents. Ensuring all medical records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and professional standards. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by a doctor or according to the home's policies. Providing emotional support to residents and their families. Requirements: Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification, such as a Diploma in Nursing or equivalent. Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Experience of working in a nursing home environment, preferably with elderly residents. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
