What You Will Do As a Technical Author, you will create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and API documentation. You will also: Collaborate with software development teams to gather information and understand complex technical conpects. Translate technical information into clear and concise language that’s easily understandable for end-users. Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to our standards. Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve documentation. Utilize industry-leading software for documentation purposes. Who You Are/What You Have Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer or similar role. Strong proficiency in technical writing and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, MS365, and AI capabilities. Experience in working with software product management and engineering teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
