We are urgently seeking to recruit EXPERIENCED Healthcare Assistants / Clinical Support Workers to place for various ad-hoc and short to long term assignments to suit in both private and public healthcare settings across the UK. Hours Monday-Friday 9-5 and MUST BE A CAR DRIVER You will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of patient centred care under the supervision of a senior member of the team; providing practical support to service users in performing day to day activities, guidance and education, and in assisting in their management and care based upon individual needs under the guidance of a senior member of the Team. You will work as a part of a multidisciplinary team; providing nursing care to patients suffering from a wide variety of medical conditions and illnesses, supporting in their treatment, recovery and well-being. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Please note that this role outline serves to provide an illustrative example of the duties and responsibilities you may be expected to undertake during the course of your normal duties. It is not an exhaustive list and you will therefore be required to undertake other responsibilities and duties that are considered to be commensurate with the band. Core Clinical Function Assist in the management and care of service users under supervision Produce accurate and timely documentation / records on all clients in line with relevant codes and Trust policy Assist senior staff in the ongoing backssment and observation of service users and provide timely and appropriate feedback Assist in the risk backssment of the individual and of the potential hazards in the SU environment Provide practical support to service users, carers Transport / accompany service users to appointments Attend Team meetings i. e. referral / review / business as appropriate Report and document incidents as required Support service users in activities of daily living such as meal planning, shopping, budget management Support.
