Location : Remote (must be residing within Canada) Job Description: A significant portion of SMTP involves the implementation of the OCIO My Service Centre (My SC), using a new ITSM toolset for IT service management functions. This toolset is a cloud-based IT service management tool powered by Service Now. The new ITSM toolset included a business user portal and a configuration management database (CMDB). The toolset is to be linked to numerous other government systems, including CAS – Oracle based financial system, ITIMS, i Store and other vendor partner Service Now instances. The company is implementing various modules of Service Now, with several already in production which include: Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Knowledge Management Order Management (Service Request, Request for Fulfillment, Service Catalogue) Service Asset and Configuration Management and Configuration Management Database (SACM/CMDB) Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Software Asset Management (SAM) • Field Services (FSM) Continuous Improvement (CIM) • Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Requirements: Has at least 5 years’ experience, within the past 10 years with: o Developing solutions in Service Now; Developing Service Now solutions for large public sector organizations, which may include but is not limited to a Province, municipality, state, or federal government entity, with complex Service Portal and Request Fulfilment requirements; Experience working on and collaborating with business stakeholders as well as other product delivery teams within an Agile-Scrum framework and with Agile project teams Participating in implementing ITSM/ITIL-based projects Service Now Certification; Service Now Admin Service Now Certified Application Developer Service Now experience including, but not limited to: Building Service Now service request and fulfillment functionality to address customer requirements including requests, request items and tasks using workflows Powered by.
