Our client has already engaged in the delivery of a wide range of high-profile projects and on the back of this they have been recently awarded another major contract and thus are looking to add a Test Engineer Supervisor on a permanent position. DUTIES INCLUDED for the role of Test Engineer Supervisor : Managing and Overseeing a very busy test and inspection department. Ensure Production plan, test and inspection work are carried to schedule/dates, monitoring progress and resolving any test problems. Create and manage the Test & Inspection work schedule, assign engineers to projects based on their capability and availability to ensure the test projects are maintained, reporting any issues which overrun to the Director of Operations. Attend the Daily Test/Production meeting. Ensure good working communication is kept with the Director of Operations and other internal departments, Engineering, Procurement, Service and Production.
