Job Quick Facts* Specialty: Interventional Cardiology* Facility Location: Las Cruces, NM* Board Requirement: BC* License Requirement: NM* Reason for Need: Call* Service Setting: Inpatient* Coverage Type: Call Only* Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing* Shift schedule: 8 am - 8 am* Provider is required to do General and Interventional Cardiology (STEMI, ECHO's, stents, complex peripherals, Structural Hearts, Cath Lab procedures, etc)* Patients per shift: 10* Rounding included; ave. of 5 patients (takes 1 hour)* Ave. of 1 case per day* 30 calls per 24 hours; very busy call volume with 5 ER visits per 24 hours* Locums call is for: Both* Call Response Time Required: 30 mins.* EMR: Meditech* Local candidates only* Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
