Reporting to the Director of Care and Assistant Director of Care our BSO – RPN will contribute by sharing behavioral support to the residents, demonstrate knowledge with dementia care and mental health issues. An individual will be responsible for coordinating with multiple stakeholders for the development of a person-center person center philosophy of care for the residents. As a BSO – RPN, you will be accountable for… Contribute in delivering person-centered care by promoting the abilities and self esteem of the residents, develop strategies to promote optimal quality of life for the residents with the responsive behaviors.
