Job Duties:1. Strong computer skills needed to research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to customer issues2. Assemble, configure, and test POS/Cash Register/Cashdraw software and hardware3. Train our customers on their newly configured POS systems4. Provide both on and off-site client support, for our hardware and software systems5. Exceptional customer service skills and excellent communication skills to provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers6. Commitment to documenting knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles Qualifications and Skills· Education: IT relative Diploma/Certificate· Language: Mandarin is a plus· Required experience: 2-year IT customer or sales services, IT system experience is a plus· Excellent communication, negotiation skills, strong telemarketing & relationship building skills· Quick-thinking, problem-solving attitude, excellent organization and time management skills· Previous sales or customer services skills experience an asset Please send resume/CV to xyz X@, thanks!
