ComputerSystem Analyst (San Diego, CA): Independently analyze, design, develop, test & admin Salesforce.com CRM applications. Independently design & develop sales cloud, service cloud, customer portal, partner portal, page layouts, record types, custom links & home page components. Oversee training of system’s end users. Write instruction manuals & perform impact analysis. Provide support for quality assurance testing & defect resolution. Research emerging technologies to decide if migration to them can increase the organizations efficiency & effectiveness. Doc Salesforce.com implement, design documents & deployment instructions.Requires MS (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (Computer/Elec) or related field & 2 of experience in administering Salesforce.com CRM. Must be willing to travel &/or relocate to work in various unanticipated locations throughout the US. Relocation benefits offered. No telecommuting.
